All order are shipped in a specially designed foam shipping box that is packed with dry ice and sealed to ensure your orders are kept frozen whilst en-route to delivery.  The logistics company we use specialize in refrigerated and chilled warehousing and distribution.

Before the logistics company attempt delivery they will call you on the number you provide to ensure that you will be there to accept delivery. If you are not there they will discuss and arrange a delivery time with you.

As the goods are perishable it is imperative that you coordinate with the logistics provider to ensure that you or a nominated person will be there when they deliver your order.

We have made the shipping charges very easy.

  • Order value 1 – 1,999 Baht  – Shipping = 200 Baht
  • Order value 2,000 – 2,999 Baht – Shipping = 100 Baht
  • Order value 3,000+ Baht – Free Shipping

These shipping charges are nationwide throughout Thailand.

We accept all major Credit Cards as well as PayPal.  We also accept bank transfers.

Delivery is made by Inter Express Logistics who specialise in Chilled and Refrigerated Logitics Delivery takes between 2 – 3 days from receipt of payment depending on location.

The payment gateway we use is Omise which is one of the leading secure payment gateways in the region.  In addition, PayPal also offers a very secure payment method.

All of your data is completely secure and we have made efforts to ensure we are working with the best and most secure payment method providers.

Once your order is placed, you will receive an email with your order confirmation.  Your order will be packed are ready to ship within 24 hours of receipt of payment.  For Credit Card & PayPal orders this means immediately after placing the order.  For Bank Transfer order means immediately upon receiving proof of transfer.  

Yes, you will automatically receive an order confirmation and invoice / receipt sent directly to the email you register with us.
